Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address, and your name if you provide one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email and name from Google; we never receive your Google password.

What you create. Dreams, roadmaps, tasks, moments, calendar entries, focus sessions and notification preferences — the content of the product.

Usage records. Focus session durations, completion history and AI usage counts, which power your statistics and your plan limits.

Payment records. Transaction identifiers, amounts and status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach DreamDo’s servers.

These are the companies that process data on our behalf. Naming them is the point — you cannot judge a policy that says only “third-party providers”.

OpenAI — AI generation. When you use an AI feature, such as generating a roadmap, splitting a goal into tasks or asking the coach, the text you wrote for that feature is sent to OpenAI to produce the response. Do not put anything into those fields you would not want processed off our servers.

Neon — the database your account and content are stored in.

Vercel — hosting, and page analytics. The analytics record visits and which pages were viewed, so we can see what is used and what is broken. They do not build an advertising profile of you.

Brevo — the service that sends account emails, such as one-time codes and reminders. It receives your email address and the message.

PayU — payments. It receives your name, email and the amount in order to process a transaction. Card details go to PayU directly and never reach DreamDo’s servers.

Google and Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them, and only to confirm the sign-in and return your email and name.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Reminders you schedule are registered with your device’s operating system so they arrive even when DreamDo is closed. The reminder text can include the title of the task or moment it refers to, which means it may appear on your lock screen. You can turn any category of notification off in Settings.

DreamDo is operated from India, and the providers listed above run infrastructure in several countries — so your data is stored and processed outside the country you are in. By using DreamDo you accept that transfer.

The specific safeguards that apply to a transfer depend on where you live, and are still being assessed. If you are in a country with rules on this and want to know what applies to you, ask us before creating an account.

DreamDo is not intended for children. You need to be at least 16, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to this kind of service on your own. We do not ask for your date of birth, so we rely on you here; tell us if a child has created an account and we will remove it.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes your account and the content associated with it. Records we are required to retain for financial or legal reasons — such as payment transaction logs — are kept for as long as that obligation lasts.

Backups are retained for a limited period, so deleted content may persist in backup storage briefly after removal from the live database.

Connections are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. One-time codes are stored hashed and expire. Access to the production database is restricted.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

DreamDo is in early testing. Features change, and occasionally data may be affected by a fault. Please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

DreamDo is operated by Sundaresan C, Kilpennathur, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu 604601, India. This is not currently a registered company or LLP — if it becomes one, this section will name the entity instead. This is who decides what DreamDo collects and why, and who you are dealing with for anything in this policy.
