One address reaches us for everything below. Write from the email address on your DreamDo account where you can — it is how we confirm a request is really yours.
What to write about
Your data. A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. You can delete your account yourself in Settings; write to us if you want something narrower than that, or if you want confirmation of what was removed.
Billing. Charges you do not recognise, cancellations, and refund requests. See the Cancellation and Refunds policy first — it explains what is refundable and what is not.
Bugs and lost data. Especially anything involving reminders that did not arrive or content that disappeared. Include what you expected and roughly when it happened.
Security. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us before telling anyone else and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Please do not test against other people’s accounts.
How long we take
DreamDo is run by a small team, so replies are not instant. We aim to acknowledge within a few working days. Requests about your personal data are handled within the period the law in your country requires, and we will tell you if we need longer and why.
